Pursuant to Enrolled SB 422, the Oklahoma State Legislature approved an increase to the records preservation and management fee. The fee will increase from $5.00 to $10.00 on all recorded documents.

Our County Clerk offices play a vital role in the preservation, maintenance, and archiving of real property records. The fee increase will help support the operations of these important offices in many ways.
